Kuttu Chilla rolls

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take kuttu aata in a bowl. Add paste of green chilli and ginger.

* Step 2

Add Sendha namak and water to make batter. Batter shouldn’t be very thick or runny.

* Step 3

For aloo masala. Take a wok add oil

* Step 4

Add cumin seeds. When they crackle add salt and red chilli powder Stir it.

* Step 5

Add boiled potato and mix in masala. Cover it and let everything get well incorporated.

* Step 6

For rolls heat up a non stick pan and pour one ladle if batter.

* Step 7

Put 1 tsp oil around the chilla and let it cook. Flip when one side is done and let it cook on the other side too

* Step 8

When done take it to a plate. Spread 1 tbsp hung curd on the chilla.

* Step 9

Place some aloo masala and roll.

* Step 10

Enjoy hot kuttu chilla rolls.
