French beans

garlic minced

1 tsp

Olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and cut carrots in long pieces

* Step 2

Same way cut the edges of beans and cut them in long pieces

* Step 3

Take a wok and put olive oil

* Step 4

Add mined garlic and sauté a bit

* Step 5

Now add vegetables and stir fry them till cooked

* Step 6

Add sesame seeds towards the end

* Step 7

Serve hot stir fry
