Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take olive oil in a pan. Heat it up

* Step 2

Add mustard seeds When they crackle.Add chopped onions and sauté just for 1-2 minutes

* Step 3

Now add big chunks of pepper, tomatoes and spring onions.

* Step 4

Addd little soy sauce and ketchup.Stir nicely

* Step 5

Add idlies. You can use leftover idlies. If you have big ones then cut them in four

* Step 6

Stir well so that they soak the sauces. Add more sauces if you need. Can add any colour bell peppers. Chilli idli is ready
