Onion rawa dosa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rawa for 5 minutes in water.
* Step 2
Grind soaked rawa corasly. Add salt to onions and mix well.
* Step 3
Add onions, turmeric, chillies,coriander leaves and salt to batter. Mix well, batter consistency should be watery.
* Step 4
Pour some batter on tawa and tilt tawa to spread batter all over the tawa. Apply oil, Cover lid cook for 1 minute. Open lid and cook till get roasted. Flip the dosa roast and serve hot with chutney.
* Step 5
Plain rawa dosa can be prepared with adding onions.
