Ingredient

500 gm

mutton

2 tablespoon

gingergarlic paste

1 tablespoon

chilli powder

1 tablespoon

dhaniya powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

leaves

Few curry

2 tablespoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a cooker add gingergarlic paste. Fry for a minute and add onions and fry till translucent. Add chopped tomatoes, curry leaves, turmeric and cook till tomatoes become mushy. Add cinnamon and clove powder. Add chilli powder and dhaniya powder.

* Step 2

Add bay leaf, kopak pod and cleaned mutton and salt cook for 5minutes.

Add cashew paste mix well. Add desired amount of water, chopped coriander leaves and pressure cook for 5 whistle.

Serve hot with chapathi or biryani
