Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix half cup of ragi flour in water add salt and boil for 10 mins. cool it
* Step 2
Add onions, chillies and coriander leaves and mix well. Then add grated coconut, mint and curry leaves.
* Step 3
Add ragi flour and make dough.
* Step 5
Press by hand on a oiled sheet or oiled banana leaf
* Step 6
If roti is breaking add some more flour and Knead. oil the tawa roast roti both sides. it takes time than wheat roti to cook.
* Step 7
Apply ghee and serve with chutney
