Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place all ingredients near the cooking side.
* Step 2
Heat oil in the kadhai,add ginger
and mustard seeds and methi seeds in the kadhai saute for few seconds
Add dry red chillies and
two types of dal to the same kadhai,and cook in low heat for two minutes, add peanuts and saute till the peanuts are well cooked.add cashewnut and cook to continue.
Add raisins and cook for few seconds.
* Step 3
Now put curry leaves 🍃and cook for few seconds.
* Step 4
Now add cooked basmoti rice, as needed salt, black pepper powder and lime juice.
Combine all ingredients lightly and saute for few minutes more.
* Step 5
Delicious healthy lemon rice is ready to serve, please try it.
