Soy Milk and Black Grass Jelly

Soy milk & black grass jelly is also known as Soya Cincau, back at home. It's quite popular among the locals especially in Malaysia & singapore. Other neighboring countries share the same beverage and have their own unique way serving it. This is an Easy 'mix & match' version that you can find and order in most restaurants, cafes or stalls. A great pair and a must try, to see if you like the combination.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare black grass jelly according to packet's instructions. Pour in containers and leave to set in the fridge for few hours. Take only the amount you need for the day. Slice or roughly chop the soft jelly.

Spoon required amount into individual glasses. Add your sweeterner or sugar syrup. Add few cubes of ice. Next, Pour fresh soy bean (pic).

📝 sugar or other sweetener is optional. If you like your drink unsweetened, omit sweetener or sugar completely.
