Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make the seasoning sauce and set aside.
* Step 2
In a pot, we are making the broth by adding one cup of water, soya milk and chicken powder. Cover the lid and use medium heat, bring them to light simmer. leave it.
* Step 3
In a pan, add 2 tbsp chili oil (oil only), add pork.
* Step 4
Add oyster sauce and bean paste mix well with pork cook until 80% done then add garlic and ginger in.
* Step 5
Add cooking wine into the wok. Continue cooking until it's done. Set aside.
* Step 6
Cook the egg and set aside.
* Step 7
Blanch bak choy, bean sprouts in a pot, set aside.
* Step 8
In a pot, boil water and blanch the bak choy. Remove once its cooked and add noodles in and cook until done.
* Step 9
Before serving, add the seasonings together with the broth.
* Step 10
Add noodles, bean sprouts, bak choy, pork, spring onions, sesame seeds, egg. sprinkle powder on top.
