Syrupy and Warming ~ Ginger Green Tea
I was getting bored with brown sugar syrup ginger drink, so this is a variation.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Here I used 3 heaping teaspoons of katakuriko. It's a hot ginger syrup you eat.
* Step 3
Here I used 3 heaping teaspoons of katakuriko. It's a hot ginger syrup you can eat.
* Step 4
Add water and dissolve. The green tea doesn't dissolve that well, so this is fine.
* Step 5
Add the boiling water, and mix with a spoon.
* Step 6
Mix and mix for 10 seconds, and it thickens and becomes syrupy. Done. If it doesn't thicken though, microwave for 30 seconds until it does become syrupy.
* Step 7
Here I used 1 heaping teaspoon of katakuriko. It's quite thin.
* Step 8
Here I used 3 heaping teaspoons of katakuriko. It's a hot ginger syrup you eat.
