Ramps Stir-Fried with Mayonnaise and Ponzu

Ramps Stir-Fried with Mayonnaise and Ponzu

This is prepared with my family's mayonnaise and ponzu flavor.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the ramps, drain, and chop the large stalks into desired lengths.

Place 1 tablespoon mayonnaise in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.

Once the mayonnaise melts, add the ramps and stir-fry.

* Step 4

Once the ramps are cooked through, and the stalks are tender, then reduce the heat to low. Add the second tablespoon of mayonnaise and the ponzu, briefly stir-fry, then it's ready.

Garnish with bonito flakes and sesame seeds to taste.
