Vietnamese All-Purpose Sauce
There's always various sauces and seasonings on the table at Vietnamese restaurants. So, I tried making something that combines all of the flavors in one.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preparation: Mash and finely chop the garlic. Slice the red chili peppers into small slices.
* Step 2
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
* Step 3
Add vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce to taste.
