Italian Deli Pasta Salad

this recipe caught my attention when I was looking for something that would use my fresh herbs. I love pasta salad. This is simple to put together.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes
To taste

Kosher salt

1/3 cup

mayonnaise

3 tablespoons

olive oil

3 tablespoons

red wine vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook per label directions. Drain and let cool to room temperature.

* Step 2

Mix the mayonnaise, olive oil and red wine vinegar in a large bowl.

* Step 3

Add the pasta and toss well.

* Step 4

Add the giardiniera, provolone, salami. parsley and basil: toss well and season with salt and pepper.
