Basic Oil-Free Muffins with Yogurt

I have made various muffins, but this is always the basic recipe. Since it's a basic recipe, it is light and slightly sweet. Top with your choice of topping for different flavors.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Break the egg into a bowl, add the sugar, and mix well. Add the yogurt, then the milk, and stir well with each addition.

* Step 2

Sift in the flour and baking powder. Use a rubber spatula to stir until well blended.

* Step 3

Pour the batter into the muffin cups (if necessary, grease the cups with butter), and bake for about 20 minutes at 180℃.

* Step 4

I added blueberries. They were sweet and tart and delicious.
