Chicken Afritada Menudo
This is my own version of Chicken Afritada Menudo
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Used the Chicken broth to boil your vegetables
* Step 2
Boil the vegetables with magic Sarap mix (bell peppers,celery,okra,potato,green peas,broccoli,carrots,yellow zucchini,cauliflower and cucumber
* Step 3
In a separate frying pan,sautéed Onions and spring onions
* Step 4
Fry the chicken with the onions and spring onions
* Step 5
Add black peppers and little chili flakes
* Step 6
Mix the Afritada Menudo mix with hot water and add the chicken broth as needed
* Step 7
Add the pineapple chunks and mix the vegetables and the chicken together into the cooking pan. Bring it to boil for 30 minutes.
* Step 8
Add some tomatoe paste and bring it to boil for another 5 minutes
* Step 9
Add hotdogs (optional only) and some garnish and ready to serve
