MEXICAN BROWN RICE. JON STYLE

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a small saucepan put the brown rice, boiling water and salt. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover the pot and cook slowly for 33 minutes or until the rice is soft.

* Step 2

In a frying pan heat the oil and sauté the garlic with the onion together.

* Step 3

Add and sauté the carrot with the tomatoes.

* Step 4

Add the cooked rice, half the cilantro and stir.
