Sig's Crab Cups
This recipe was given to me by a friend. it is a light snack or starter. I have adapted it to my taste

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
sit the tomatoes on the stem end and slice the top off .
* Step 2
empty out the seeds with a spoon leaving a nice deep cup
* Step 3
mix all the other ingredients and fill the tomato cups with mixture.
* Step 4
fill each tomato with some of the mixture
* Step 5
add the top and chill for an hour then serve .
