Asian Baked Ribs

Had a full slab of pork ribs in my deep freezer so decided to do asian flare to them and then slow baked turned out so juicy and tender

Ingredient

4-6 servings

2hrs. 45min.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F. In a small bowl combine all dry seasonings including salt and pepper. Mix well. Set aside.

* Step 2

Rinse off rack of ribs and pat dry. Sprinkle dry seasoning mix all over both sides of ribs and rub seasoning into the meat. Set aside.

* Step 3

In a medium mixing bowl combine all the sauces together and mix well. Set aside. Spray 2 baking dishes with cooking spray. Set aside. Take sauce and coat both sides well. Place in prepared baking dishes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours, basting with sauce every 35 minutes. Remove foil and baste with remaining sauce then finish baking uncovered for 30-45 minutes.

* Step 4

Remove from oven then cover with foil and let rest for 5-7 minutes. Remove foil then Enjoy immediately 😋
