vegetarian giant cous cous dish
A hearty vegetarian recipe that yhe whole family can enjoy together.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and prepare the vegetables: peel and grate the carrot, dice the onion and the red pepper. Put them in a pan with oil,parsley, turmeric and ground coriander. Cook them for about 2-3 minutes.
* Step 2
Add the quorn mince to the vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Add some water, green peas and an oxo cube. Boil for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Add the cous cous and boil until it's soft (8 minutes roughly bug you can adjust the time) and then mix in the tomato puree and cook for another 3 minutes.
* Step 5
Let it cool a bit and enjoy!
