I LOVE this salad and my kids do too, its so tasty and refreshing on a hot day and goes great with a glass of lemonade!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, mustard powder and sugar
* Step 2
Add in the orange zest & juice, celery & peppers and stir. Add the chicken and rice and mix in gently
* Step 3
Stir in the cranberries, season to taste then refrigerate until ready to serve.
