This is really such a versatile recipe. You can use any juice and any fruit you like. Quicker than porridge and just as filling!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the juice, raisins and dried apple in a pan and heat until almost simmering
* Step 2
Stir in the couscous and cinnamon
* Step 3
Take off the heat, cover and let stand for 6 minutes
* Step 4
Fluff with a fork and serve
