Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and Cut the potatoes into chips thick ones.

* Step 2

Add to the hot oil and when they bubble hot turn heat down to medium for 3 minutes then turn high and let it bubble until they are golden brown and crisp.

Add them to kitchen paper to get excess oil off then add to a serving dish.

Grate cup full of chedder cheese and add all over the chips while they are hot.

* Step 5

When the cheese melts on the chips add BBQ Sauce over the cheese. Trust me this is a treat.
