Mediterranean Rub

This Rub goes amazingly well with white meat. Pork, Fish and Poultry are the best fits.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 Use
3 Tablespoons

Oregano

3 Tablespoons

Thyme

3 Tablespoons

Rosemery

3 Tablespoons

Basil

2 Tablespoons

Garlic Powder

2 Tablespoons

Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon

Lemon Zest

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Ideally, crush the dried Rosemery to get it to be powder-like before you use it.

Mix well.

Prepare a tablespoon of Lemon Zest out of a complete lemon. Add it to the mix and save in the fridge to let it dry until you use the rub.
