Salmon Chowder

This chowder has a full flavor and is positively amazing! Wonderful on dark, cold rainy days.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

butter

2 tbsp

flour

1 1/4 cup

chicken broth

1/4 cup

sour cream

1/4 tsp

pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a saucepan, melt the butter.

* Step 2

Saute the onion and celery.

* Step 3

stir in flour, add broth and potato, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.

* Step 4

Add sour cream, dill, pepper, and smoked salmon.

* Step 5

Heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

* Step 6

Add parsley before serving.
