Lawn Mower Salad
#GlobalApron 24 week 3 broccoli. The catchy name piqued my curiosity and I had to try it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In large salad bowl toss together broccoli slaw, green onions, cashews, dried cranberries, ramen noodles. (if you like crunchy noodles omit adding here and add right before serving)
* Step 2
Add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and seasoning packets to a blender and blend until sugar is dissolved (about a minute). Continue blending while slowly adding the oil. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour (it only gets better with longer marinating time.)
* Step 3
If you opted for crunchy noodles add right before serving. Toss to coat all ingredients.
