Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely chop the onions and garlic add to a pan with plenty of olive oil. Cook for ten minutes medium heat.
* Step 2
Chop and de-seed the gourd. Leave the skin on. Add the to onions and garlic and cook for a further 25 minutes.
* Step 3
Make some rice. I used brown rice which took 40 minutes to cook. Add the rice to a large pan of salted boiling water, simmer for 40 minutes or until soft. Other rice types take less time.
* Step 4
Add some dried chilli flakes to the vegetables and a good glug of gluten free soy sauce.

Add some buoillion to the vegetables stirring in well, and then add the half can of coconut milk to the

Strain the rice once cooked and serve. Enjoy!
