Simple Pork Belly Sinigang w/Knorr Sinigang Mix

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse pork belly thoroughly. Take a large pot add water and boil the pork removing fatty contents along the way. Let it boil for 30 minutes and until meat is nice and tender.
* Step 2
While pork is boiling, prepare your veggies by cutting up onions, tomatoes and garlic and the rest of the vegetable.
* Step 3
After 30 minutes and the meat is ready add onions, garlic and tomatoes and let it simmer for 5 minutes then add your Mama Sita's or knorr Sampalok Seasoning packets.
* Step 4
Add the Daikon first and simmer for 5 minutes then the long beans and cook for 2 minute.s Add a pinch of salt then add bok choi and sitaw and cook for 2 minutes then add 1 tablespoon fish sauce.
* Step 5
Let it simmer for 5 minutes then lastly add the spinach and chili. Serve with warm white rice and enjoy!
