This is a quick, delicious, high-protein breakfast. I found this recipe in Christine Paytas’ Instagram account (IG @eatpayylove).

* Step 1
Chop eggs. Dice avocado. Add cottage cheese.
* Step 2
Incorporate chives/scallions, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix, partially mashing the mixture.
* Step 3
Toast bread. Spread mixture on bread. Sprinkle pepper flakes if desired.
