Pan-Fried T-Bone Steak

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pat dry the steaks with paper towels and form a paste with the spices and oil

* Step 2

Over medium high heat, a skillet with butter. Add the steak and cook for 5 - 7 minutes until browned on the first side. Turn and cook for 3 - 4 minutes on the other side. Each side needs to be cooked only once to avoid overcooking

* Step 3

Hold straight with tongs to cook the sides

* Step 4

Let steak rest covered for 5 minutes with foil to let juices settle and soften steak

* Step 5

Serve with a preferred side and sprinkle some dried herbs. Enjoy!
