Pape’s Saucy Onion Gravy
Here’s one thing I’ve enjoyed eating during my stay in Italy, especially prepared by my dear Senegalese friend that I could not help but plead for a recipe before my return to Malawi. This will be my household’s staple and I’m not ashamed to steal it 😂
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and set aside
* Step 2
In a skillet heat up oil and saute onions, ginger powder, and bell peppers until tender
* Step 3
Stir flour into the onions until incorporated. Gradually add the bouillon solution while stirring so it doesn’t form lumps
* Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Let boil to cook down until sauce is thickened
