Watermelon Juice to beat the heat

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make the sugar syrup by dissolving the sugar in water over medium high heat. It will take 5 - 10 minutes until the water runs clear and the sugar has dissolved
* Step 2
Blend watermelon cubes, syrup and lime juice in a blender for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture turns into a thick liquid
* Step 3
Strain juice through a fine mesh sieve, pushing out all the liquid with the help of spoon. Discard extra pulp
* Step 4
Transfer juice into a pitcher and chill for 2 -3 hours. Meanwhile pour some into ice cube trays for later so your ice doesn’t water down your juice
* Step 5
Serve with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves. Ice cubes can be thrown whole into the juice or crushed in a fruit processor then spooned into the juice
* Step 7
