Herby Pasta and Mushroom for One

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain
* Step 2
In a shallow saucepan sauté onions and garlic until soft, add onions and sauté until most of the water is released and slightly starts to evaporate and return mushrooms to frying mode
* Step 3
Add cooked pasta and mix well, adjust seasoning
* Step 4
Serve onto a bowl, sprinkle some oregano and enjoy warm
