Blended Chimichurri Sauce

Against popular preference, I like mushy Chimichurri over the roughly chopped person. Well, honestly I like both but there’s a mood for each variation. For a mushy craving I use a blender to ensure my sauce looks more emulsified and creamy. And Chilli flakes are the holy grail plus pop of color we all need 😉.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all ingredients into a blender EXCEPT olive oil. Pulse a few times then pour in the olive oil. Blend mixture until thoroughly combined.

* Step 2

Chill for an hour or overnight in an airtight container. This is a necessary step for a more flavorful and blended sauce

* Step 3

Serve with your favorite grilled meats, salmon, or even roasted cauliflower. Experiment using your imagination and be the Masterchef in your kitchen 😉
