Egg Sandwich 🥪

Sometimes all you need is a quick fix to kickstart your morning routine. Here’s a sandwich for on the go! Enjoy!

Ingredient

milk

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut bun at the middle only halfway through. Set aside

* Step 2

Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk to a smooth consistency. Add shredded cheese, milk, salt, pepper and mix some more

* Step 3

On medium heat, melt the butter in a pan and add the egg mixture once the butter warms up. The butter should not get too hot or the eggs will stick

* Step 4

Continue mixing in the pan until you get scrambled eggs. At this point you decide how big or small your egg crumbles should be as you mix and break the eggs

* Step 5

To assemble the sandwich, gently pull open the bun and layer as desired with the tomato slices, cucumber shavings, and scrambled eggs.

* Step 6

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy with a hot or cold beverage of choice
