Gluten free chocolate pound cake
Who doesn't love a good chocolate cake, except this one is guilt free!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In the bowl, add hot coffee to the chocolate and set aside.
* Step 2
In the mixing bowl add sugar and oil, whisk for a minute.
* Step 3
After that, add egg one by one, whisk and add the chocolate mixture, whisk till combined
* Step 4
Once everything is combined, add corn starch, mix well.
* Step 5
Add half of almond flour, combine till there's no lumps. Do the same with the other half of the almond flour.
* Step 6
Pour the batter to the pan (I use 9x3 inch loaf pan), bake for 45-50 minutes at 160c
