AMIEs Mozzarella Sandwich

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the bread in two equal part. Put the mozzarella in between the two sliced pan carre. Dip each sandwich in the flour, and then in the egg slightly beaten (with 2 tablespoon of milk and dash of salt and pepper).
* Step 2
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each sandwich until golden brown.
* Step 3
We can serve it with any kind of vegetable salad as a second plate or as a snack or breakfast. But we should drizzle the sandwiches with honey or caramel or chocolate syrup, if desired.
