Mutton Mandi

It's time consuming dish but end result is no less than fulfilling.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 people

Cooking time :

2 hours
750 gm

lamb peices

4 tbsp

cooking oil

1 tbsp

ghee

As per taste

Salt as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate mutton peices with half of mandi masala and leave for 2 hours. Wash and soak rice. Dice an onion.

* Step 2

Take a pressure cooker and pour oil. Add dry garam masala ingredients and stir fry for a minute. Add sliced onion and stir fry for couple of minutes.

* Step 3

Add the marinated mutton and stir fry for another 2 mins.

* Step 4

Pour water and mandi masala close the lid and let it cook till meat becomes tender.

* Step 5

Open the lid and take out the mutton peices and add in soaked rice.

* Step 6

Cook rice till it's perfectly done.

* Step 7

Shallow fry mutton peices to make em crisp outside.

* Step 8

Garnish with coriander leaves and fryed meat.
