Black eyed Peas/ Lobia Salad - Diet_Healthy
Quick to prepare and tastes great. I usually have a bowl full of it for dinner for weight loss. Black Eyed Bean also known as lobia in Hindi is rich in antioxidants ,contains necessary flavinoids , is low in calories and has no cholesterol . It helps in weight loss and is good for heart and the digestive system.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak beans for 4-6 hours.
* Step 2
Pressure cook beans for 4 whistles approx 10-15 mins on low flame.
* Step 3
Cut down onion, tomato and cucumber into slices.
* Step 4
Prepare dressing by adding lemon, salt and pepper into Olive oil. Mix all the veggies and dressing. Tada! Salad is ready.
