Vegetable stock
Lets save our planet and consume what we can & make use of everything. Every step we take towards helping our environment, saves our planet. This is my family's bit towards zero waste within our household. We collect all vegetables scraps and make a stock out of it. Once the stock is made, i throw the waste in my garden bed to make natural compost. Vegetable stock is used in so many ways in my daily cooking #cookeverypart

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil everything together for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the vegetables through a strainer and store in air tight glass bottle.
* Step 3
Throw the scraps in the garden bed to make compost #zerowaste
* Step 4
Use this stock in making soups, lentils, pasta. Basically anything you like
