Indian stuffed bread rolls
These breadrolls are so special, it reminds me of childhood. I ate it first time in my school canteen and since then my mum started to make them at home and now i do it for us #mycookbook
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mash boiled potatoes, add onions, chillies, corriander & spices.
* Step 3
Cut the sides from bread slices
* Step 4
Soak bread in water for 1 sec (not too long & 1 at a time)
* Step 5
Squeeze water from the bread by pressing it gently
* Step 6
Place mash potatoes mixture on bread
* Step 7
Make a roll by combining all sides gently
* Step 8
Prepare all rolls & meanwhile heat oil in pan for frying
* Step 9
Fry 1 or 2 at a time in the oil. They are ready and enjoy these with green chutney
