Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash poha and soak for 15 minutes in a bowl then strain poha pour into other bowl add salt,onion, caspisum, cornflour,curd,red chilli flakes,ginger garlic paste,chopped coriander and squeeze bread,mix all the ingredients very well to make a dough
* Step 2
Now make a square shape from this dough and deep fry in oil until it's colour changes to golden brown
* Step 3
Poha shots is ready to eat.Serve with green chutney
