Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl and pour methi seeds in to water and soak for 4 hours
* Step 2
After that take a utensil and boil water, add soaked methi seeds with salt and turmeric powder and boil it untill it become soft.check seeds by pressing it on fingers.drain water from methi seeds
* Step 3
Take other utensil heat a oil add cummin seeds, asafoetide and green chilli add a little amount of salt,as we already added in methi seeds while boiling. when green chilli cook then add boiled methi seeds in to it add coriander powder and amchur powder to it and cook for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Methi Mirch is ready to eat
