Besan ki sabzi is one of the delicious recipe that my grandma used to make.she made so delicious that no one can make like her.Miss you grandma
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl and pour gram flour in it, add salt,1 onion, coriander leaves red chilli powder and 2 tablespoons oil. Now knead the flour with water.make small tikki from dough.
* Step 2
Take kadhai and Deep fry these Tikki. Keep in aside
* Step 3
Meanwhile Take other pan and add 4 tablespoons of oil, cook onion until it's colour changes to lite brown, add tomato and green chilli and salt to it, simmer for 10 minutes
* Step 4
Now add dry species (turmeric powder and coriander powder) to it.again simmer for 5 minutes then add fried tikki in the gravy and roast for 5 minutes now add water to it and simmer for 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Besani tikki sabzi is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
