Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take maida add salt,baking powder mix well..add curd mix it and knead dough by adding little water..cover it and let it rest for 20 mins
* Step 2
Now spread oil on the surface..knead the dough and make small balls of it..now take one ball..spread on the surface which is greased with oil..spread and roll in shape of chapati (roller pin should also be greased with oil)
* Step 3
Heat up the oil..oil should be very hot..slowly deep fry those round shape puris till fluffy..from both sides
* Step 4
Serve these soft puris with chole..🤩
