Low-carb Biscuits and Gravy
Just because you want to cut carbs doesn't mean you can't eat anything. Just have to experiment a bit. Enjoy your low-carb choices.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Brown the ground beef, adding sage and thyme.
* Step 2
Mix the cream, buttermilk, and xanthan gum. Add to the ground beef. Simmer adding salt and pepper. Continue to simmer till thickened.
* Step 3
Biscuits on the plate and serve the gravy over the top. I hope you enjoy!!
