Spicy Lamb Head Gosht Curry Without Skull Recipe ♥

#nonv Lamb is the meat of young domestic sheep (Ovis aries).It’s a type of red meat — a term used for the meat of mammals that is richer in iron than chicken or fish.

Ingredient

1 Teaspoons

coconut powder

1 Teaspoons

coriander powder

1/2 Teaspoons

pepper powder

1 Teaspoons

red chilli powder

pinch

turmeric

as needed

salt

2 Tablespoons

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take pressure cooker add oil,gara masala dry powder,onion chopped,salt cook till onions are golden brown colour.

* Step 2

Now add ginger garlic paste, turmuric, red chilli powder, chopped lamb head.

* Step 3

Mix it well and add water as needed. Cook it for 20 mins in pressure cooker or within 2-3 sittis.

* Step 4

Now stop the flame immediately. Lamb head curry is ready. Serve it hot with steamed rice or paratha and bread. Enjoy 😊.
