* Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a muffin tin
* Step 2
Whisk together milk, oil, banana and vinegar and set aside for 10 min
* Step 3
In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
* Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Add the chocolate chips
* Step 6
Bake for 14 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
