Low fat broccoli and leek soup
Fith day of my low fat diet getting myself organized and feeling full of energy. I have tomorrow's lunch ready and two more portions frozen for busy days.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place leeks, celery, garlic and thyme in large pan.
* Step 2
Add stock and bring to boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Stir broccoli and parsley. Continue to cook until broccoli is tender.
* Step 4
Allow to cool a bit add milk and blend.
* Step 5
Return to heat and season to taste.
* Step 6
Can be frozen once completely cold.
