California Farm Pulled Pork Cassoulet Dinner
We made pulled pork dinner portions and froze them. We also make a french bean dinner called Cassoulet, which we normally make with lamb, and tried it with pulled pork instead of lamb and liked it.
Ingredient

2 people, 6 dinners
Cooking time :
Prep under an hour, simmer 2 hours or longer
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring the dried beans to boil in cold in water with baking soda and lard or fat, boil hard for fifteen minutes, then simmer while dicing the vegetables. Beans will double in volume in minutes when boiled in baking soda. When doubled, add all other solid ingredients.
* Step 2
Add all other ingredients with the wine and the broth. Add one more cup of hot water till ingredients are well covered, lid on top, set temperature on low flame or 250F degrees and timer to 2 hours or longer. DONE. Makes six dinners. Freezes well. Enjoy.
