Baked Peach Custard

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle greased 9 inch pie plate evenly with sugar; set aside.

* Step 2

Beat eggs, milk, flour, and dry pudding mix with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into prepared pie plate; top with peaches.

* Step 3

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and filling is set in center. Serve warm. Or, cool completely on wire rack. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
